1. Made to Order Products:
   • Made to order products, especially  Lampshades, are very hard to resell and therefore returns cannot be accepted except when the product is faulty or arrives damaged. If this is the case then please send us a clear picture of the fault, we will asset it & if we find that it is indeed faulty we would either remake or refund. 
     
2. Handmade Products:
   • Note: Most of our handmade products take time to make and in a few circumstances, there may be very minor faults or the colouring can be slightly arrayed.
   • If the product is significantly different, damaged or faulty then, after our assessment we would either replace or refund in full.
3. General Products:
   • We have a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products EXCEPT Hand Made, Custom made products. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies only for unopened, undamaged items.
